Diabolo.ca Collaboration Video 2009

Read all about it on the forum. Then submit your clips here.

Please carefully consider your filming location. Clean, interesting backgrounds with good lighting are preferable.

Please use a high quality video camera. Borrow, beg, or steal one if you must (no don’t really steal). If you are using a digital camera, ensure the frame size is no smaller than 640 X 480px with a frame rate of at least 25 fps.

Videos should be submitted in DV-AVI or whatever the original format of your video camera is. This means the file size of each clip is going to be BIG! Typically somewhere between 50-100mb. Please do not edit or re-compress the clip.

As a general rule, we’re looking for clips anywhere from 5-20 seconds. You may submit multiple clips if you’d like.

Videos can be uploaded to mediafire.com or any server of your choosing. You may link to a folder containing the files if you’d like.

Please name your files “firstname_initial_descriptive_words.avi”. So, I might name a file: “Sean_A_whip_bounce.avi”. This will ease the burden on this year’s editor, Jesse.

Deadline? September 30th. After that? Well, there are no guarantees.

Done? Good, you may submit your clips below (up to 4 links at a time). Please don’t show your submission to others — it spoils the surprise effect!

Of course, your e-mail address will only be revealed to Jesse in case he needs to contact you about your clip. We ask for your name and location (country) to credit you for your clip and emphasize the global nature of participants; therefore, we’d encourage you to give us a real name and location. See you in the video!
