Circus Space, London, UK
Circomedia, Bristol, UK
Jonglier Katakomben (juggling catacombes) Berlin, Germany
Cirkus Cirk├Âr, Stockholm, Sweden
Kiev Circus School (not sure of its true title, and cant find a website) Kiev, Ukraine.

Those are a few worth checking out. Also try this

Hope that's any kind of help.

Afaik  Circomedia offer a scholarship but thats only to people who finish their btec course first, similiarly ENAC in montreal do if you finish their pre hardcore training program and are extremely gifted and i think but not too sure the annie fratellini school in paris do a paid one but you have to be in a league of your own to even get accepted to that school
