People, I have set up a chat room thing i will try and keep it on as long as possible but i may have to turn off pc sometimes.

Its called #diabolo, I tell you it took rocket science to come up with that name.

What server?  I'm in #diabolo and #diabolo.ca on quakenet but they're empty.

Edit Ok the channel is up - #diabolo.ca on quakenet.  There are only 5 of us in at the moment, so more people join please :)

I popped in using Gaim,  as I didnt want the hassle of loading yet another chat/messenger program. (gaim is great by the way, definately worth checking out if you tend to use a lot of different messenger programs)

setting up an account using the IRC option, irc.quakenet.org I got to this but no one around, suppose its a bit late anyway.

haha if we really want to consider to make this chat, we need to make an appointment with ATLEAST 5 ppl for 2hours or so to get Lbot... I'm in for it (im always on mIRC  :D )

We got L Bot :).  Someone joined who knew about that kind (ukip|trooper) of stuff and we now have L Bot.  He explained to me how to request a Q Bot, but it didn't work for me ;).  I think he's requested it though.

Which stage are you having a problem with?  Have you got mIRC?  Have you been able connected to the server?

for a Qbot you need atleast 50people in the channel for one week or two (dont remember the exact amount).

edit: maybe i should jsut change my nick to "matt_" for easiness..

you mean register mirc (what it asks at the beginning)? no, it's free. just wait 5 seconds and it lets you press continue.

as for registering for quakenet? i dont think so...you can be added to the chanserv/Lbot whatever it's called though
