The DVD has been released!

Eric and Antonin announced the release of a section of Diabology (Baguettes and Diabolos) to celebrate the DVD's release. They announced it in the main section of Jongle.net and in the diabolo section. The video is released in the 'resource' -> 'video' section of artofdiabolo.com.

This video will be on the DVD but with replaced music (they couldn't get the rights for the music on the downloaded version). The video is over 10 minutes long of some of the greatest filming ever done with diabolos. This DVD is going to be fantastic!

Note: for now the MP4 version which is higher quality is only 90% uploaded. This will be fixed in the next couple days. Until that point they suggest you download the MPEG version which is much more compressed but complete. Hint: Quicktime plays MP4's.

3000 copies have been made at this point. An online retail system in the U.S. will be set up shortly. They suggest asking at your local juggling store for the DVD. The store can order them from their Mr. Babache rep.

Great! Can't wait to get the full DVD in the post.

Just have to find a online juggling shop here in Europe that has it.

 :D Big enough now ?

Once set up (we'll send them the stock today or tomorow I hope), the online system will deliver worldwide. If the process in similar to their CD affiliated shop, it's not too expensive to get it delivered outside the US, and it takes about a week (maybe a tad more).

The website will be updated today or tomorow.

Now I know why it's the "Mad" French Posse  :P . Can't wait for the DVD!
It takes 24 muscles to smile, 42 to frown, and only 4 to hit someone in the face. Luckily for you, I need the exercise.

Hmmm. Thats a bit good innit? Lots of amazing stuff in that.

So either give up, dust down my finnesse or get inspired. I punt for the last  option with a touch of the second. I cant wait to get hold of the DVD. (and bloody finnese weight kits which I have given up on ever finding in the UK )

Edit: have just rang Butterfingers (UK distributers of MB afaik) the person who answered was unaware of the existence of Diabology (and the weight kits) and said any ordering from MB would be a post christmass type deal

OK, well perhaps this is slightly off-topic but I know some people have expressed confusion with who Eric and Antonin are these days. I thought this picture posted on Jongle.net  was great and might clear up this confusion. They have exchanged hair and beard styles since this video was shot leading to much confusion. :D

Actually the DVD is done to drag everybody up....
(don't forget the educational parts)
... and since making it dragged us up also, it makes that...

...and that I'm sure it will. I think this DVD is going to be the best thing to happen for diaboloing since the invention of rubber diabolos.
