That was awesome!! Why does he use micro diabolo?

I was a pro for Henry's US distributor at the time. I made them two small videos to promote their new product as a gift. They never really got viewed outside of the yo-yo circle though.
I don't like the micro, but I mainly use a Jazz for loop.

Thanx Doc.
Just for anyone who cares, Popcorn has been remixed by loads of people, i find the best one is by Kraftwerk.

Its Popcorn by Crazy Frog

Yay, I get three weeks to work out what punishment seán_ deserves for that when I see him next!   :P

The music on that video is Popcorn by Hot Butter.  I'm not sure if it's the first version, but it's easily the best.

What a remarkable slip up there.  Definitely worthy of a few lashes.

I have found a site that would be of use to you go to http://www.2diabolo.net   and look into the loop section everything you need will be there.  But if not you search the video collections on the web like the juggleing data base there are some videos on there.  And you can just practrice with it and do some tricks that you would be able to do with sticks.
Hope that is of some help.

What kind of diabolo would you guys recommend for loop,?I've been thinking about something in the medium range, smaller than finesse in size but not very much lighter..?

You should make a loop from Henry's yellow and use a Babache Rainbow or Micro.

Anyhow, has anyone got a copy of the Yukki vid? been trying to get hold of it for some months now.

Cheers, Sambo.

Here is a video I made with my friend Pat. I believe we put it online back in the winter of 2000.
http://www.atraffic.com/videos/micro_diabolo_1.mpg
The style has completely changed now too, I use a different string that has a lot more rigid feel than the really loose one in the video.
I have yet to meet another loop player in the 5 years I've been into, I know they are out there, so if any ever come to SF, please contact me.

Try not to bump a really really really really old thread if you can manage not too.  The name of the song is already stated in the thread.  Please find it yourself.  I'll give you a hint, it's on page 5 and it's initials are        P_ _ _ _ _ _.

There used to be 5 pages,  but I had to do some modding in the topic yesterday, because I'm now mirroring (sp?) Yukky's video at www.circuspla.net/mirror/yukky.wmv (not temporarily), so I had to remove some dead links etc. Besides, the name of the song is probably on page 3.
