siteswaps are really hard to completely understand, you could also try out the DSSS (Diabolo Siteswap Similator).

That video won't help anyone understand siteswap. It's interesting if you know what siteswap is, and super confusing if you don't.

The page written by Priam is probably the most comprehensive page about diabolo siteswap ever written.

Plus diabolo siteswap and juggling siteswap aren't quite the same as diabolo only deals with one hand as opposed to two so the values are technically twice that of their toss juggling counterpart.  Also the differences between low siteswap and high siteswap differ as well.

Read the article, hopefully it'll explain most of it.
