Yes...As posted by Nahxela, I believe the correct term here is "Ce (Tre) Ling", or Chinese yo-yo, because they are NOT using diabolos.  It's not apparent, but they ARE using Chinese yo-yos...My speakers are bad, so I cannot confirm this fact, but I think the yo-yos would be making their trademark noise...Provided that the backround music is NOT THERE!
By the way, Chinese yo-yos were considered "ancient" toys for children to enjoy.  Through the passage of time, young'uns started losing interest, and it became the old folks instead who are into this now.
One more point I'd like to emphasize:  Old people are really amazing.  Considering this sport originated in China, these old folks might know a thing or two about the "old secret ways of the diaboloing Chinese-yo-yo-ing".
