Yeah, we figured that out, but what we don`t figure out is how we didn`t find this site, and you did... let me guess, you have a special diabolo sites search engine created? :P

Not bad, thnx for sharing.
Did anyone realized Ryo has taken the record from Tony and put it on to 10 throws? But I`m sure Tony will give it a try as soon he has the chance to, and hook up with JiBe or another MFP member.

To me this isn't 10 throws, it is only 7. In my mind it isn't a 5 diabolo pattern until there are 5 diabolos in the air. The first 3 high throws are just ryo setting up for the 5 diabolo run. Once the other guy throws the last diabolo is when you should start counting.

Very impressive though, no matter how you count it.

i agree strongly, i was actually quite confused when you said 10 becuase i could only count 7 everytime. But yes it is awesome.

Tony catched 4 diabs in his 5d pattern, and Ryo catched 5 diabs in his 5d pattern. So that means Ryo won :P

I think Tony can do more, cause that record of 9 throws (4 catches) is very old.. Maybe he even can start 5d by himself :o Who knows...

P.S.: Hey, my 300th post!

well how new do you think Ryo's 5 clip is? it's not exactly last weekend.
Sean, how old is that stuff you have? a good couple of years.

From the video that is on Ryo's website, I count 5 catches when all five are in.  I think this thing between 7 and 10 is that it's 10 if you count when he does the first 9 throw (is that the right height in SS?) with the first white diabolo.  It's 7 throws if you count how many he does when the last of the five is thrown in.

It's still a flash in my book, he does catch five and throw them all back up.  Not well spaced, but I imagine it's tricky when you're trying to throw 6-7 times your own height in quick succession.

Ryo seems like a nicer guy than Tony, and nice guys rate highly in my book.  (this is the same book that rates his run as a flash...)

Okay, I agree.. but in that clip of Tony doing 5 (released on internet and diabology) It says 9 throws, so I just counted the way they count. But yours, Luke and Norbi, makes more sense.

I guess that Ryo clip is a year old or so, Tony`s 1,5 I guess.... What does it matter? I heard Tony has been training a lot with 4 diabolo`s. Just look at his latest practice movie. 4 up pirouette

yeh, Ryo's is better becuase Ryo is much cooler and i am pretty sure the clips are about the same age.

On a low (shuffle) note look how nicely he gets his shuffle after the tricks, he doesnt just cut it off like Tony

That suicide video on his site was amazing in that respect - I've watched it a few times wondering how he gets the shuffle back.  All I can tell is that he manages it!
