I recommend cutting out all the bad stuff, and keeping the good stuff. Your choice though... ;)
A few pics from me.... I did no diabolo... or anything except kendama.

Good times.

For all the diabolists who didnt have a clue who i was at the BJC, and never noticed me on diabolo.ca before, well this is my account.
Sick convention, learnt loads n got loads to work on, and met some proper sound people.
My plan now is to master 3d so i dont look so terrible at it next to Dodson, i'll work on some sweet 2d techy stuff i got from Ben, and learn some crazy ass body moves to show Kev.
Definitely there next year, when i've got all that stuff on lock down ;)
Cheers guys

A relatively small diabolo crowd this year compared to previous years but a really good standard.
I kind of sucked at diabolo this BJC but still had some fun.
I had a real good passing session, I pretty much never pass but had a fun time in a 3 person line especially when the pattern was going wrong and I found myself doing continuous umbrella whip catches to 1&1/2 suns in order to keep the pattern alive :)

Great to see Marc Cabry diaboloing again. I love his laid back 2d style (amused to hear him being described as old school). Lots of fun setting him string control challenges. I really hope he doesn't put his diabolos away until the next BJC. (Zack as well, turning up for the Saturday but still being able to knock out some strong stuff in his annual play with diabolos).

Props to Mark BMC for his selfless work in consolidating the UK female diaboloist scene* and to Dodson for the concern he showed for Nev on Saturday night.

Gosh darn, if I'd have known Marc was after female groupies I would have been there... I heart the BMC.

Back home and enjoying having a roof over my bed again.  Never been much of a one for "out of season" camping and that first night really was as cold as a witches pap!

Anyway, great to catch up with lots of folks, even though I seemed to be doing as much kendama as I was diaboloing.  Lots of new toys to play with (aah, the joy of uncle Nev's candy store).  Heck, I don't even do glo-stuff but those Sundia illuminated sticks really are a work of art/ porn.  I'm always in favour of something that makes old tricks (stick fans, carousel) look glourious;)

Sadly, a lack of Langerz, a shortage of Spink and a few others, but hey, you can't have everything.

Might be in charge of booking the public show acts for next year: anyone have any favourites they'd like to see?
