Ok... might as well post my high, low, etc

High: To many high points to mention them all, as is always the case at a
large, long convention. Swimming in the huge pool... pizza at the Beli
Vitez (white knight) pizza place... 5 and 4 club takeout routines with
Pola... vertax diabolo passing with Tempei... Celebrity Fight Club...
seeing Thomas Deitz doing his thing... performing on stage... actually, I
think my high point was hosting the Thursday night show, because due to
power problems before I had no material prepared, and when I was on stage
I was relying on improvised standup comedy, and I was sure I insulted
everybody in the audience... but then afterwards so many people told me
how much they liked it that it made me all warm and fuzzy inside.

Low: Maybe falling asleep in the open stage big top, missing much of the
late evening, waking up at 4am with a bad back and a bad head, and someone
bugging me about insulting German and French people too much when hosting
on Thursday without insulting British people at all.

Crush: The group of 6 or 8 jugglers from Paris who obviously enjoy
juggling far too much, who performed on stage individually and as a group
many times, and kept a smile on my face all week. Including Eric, Guillume
(sp?), Audry, Min Tahm, Priam (though not from Paris) and the others.

Bane: The rain? The mud? A bit obvious. Big props to all the volunteers
who got those duck boards down so quickly, and to Mini for doing the best
he possibly could as Site God despite the adverse weather/location mix.
Nice umbrellas too!

Goal: Juggle a bit, see some shows, perform a bit, get some new equipment,
hang out with friends. Did some juggling, I saw a few shows (no renegade
though, and only a few minutes of Rumpole), I performed a bit, I got some
new equipment... I didn't hang out with friends as much as previous EJCs
though.

Surprise: How many people turned up... obviously numbers were going to be
down on last year, but at over 3000 people it was maybe only 3rd to
Rotterdam in terms of jugglers. Hopefully next year will have as many
people, if not more!

Thanks again to all the organisers, see you all again next year!
