Sorry for bumping an old thread. but...

Can anybody tell me how to throw the first one up so it goes straight up?
i keep having it either move to the right a bit or the second one comes underneath and to the left so the diabolo in the air is now on the right side again :(

ok, this was a big problem for me. what you need is a STRONG upward and left motion to pop it out and the opposite on the other side. it looks really relaxed in the video but it has to be strong<--- stressed

Basically by not uncorrecting it in the first place :)

If things are going out of line then the only thing that can be doing that is your actions, conversly you can use the string to correct but better not to have to in the first place. (so basically just watch your forward and back motion)

Thanks seán_  :)
yeah, i found that when i use the string to correct things just get worse, so i think i'll just pay attention to my forward and back motion.
