me too!

Hehe how is it going? I managed to get to 2 in one hand and wrap the other one in yet but then everything gets a mess :P Still gotta figure out if I'm going for the hover start or the normal wrap one.. Hover is such a weird motion..

hover isn't really that weird.
learn wrap start first, then hover comes later.

the hover is easy after you get down sean's way. move both hands as if you are doing 2D synch

Alright and if you go for the hover start do you need a longer string then you usualy have?

no you don't, but for the sake of learning, go with a wrap start because there is no need to gain loads of speed when you will inevitably drop. and you need to learn a wrap start before you can exit hover.

For me, personally, a hover start feels better for learning 3d since it gives me more time and control to get the unwrap working. When I hover I am already in some kind of flow and I can focus 100% on the unwrap. With a regular wrapstart It feels much more random since I don't ''depart'' from a flow. (Yeah I know, it's hard to explain)

It is necessary to have decent, solid hover though...
