University of Leeds Sports Hall, 19th November 2005
I shall be there and hopefully plenty of others Matt_H will be there (running workshops on calculating the heights of throws), Mattf should be there. Spinks and Ginger Tom and maybe some diaboloists from nearby who people might not be aware of (such as Alex).
Its quite a way off so no firm details on acts etc.There should be traders there. As for who is coming maybe people would be able to say closer to it

Theres a link to the homepage in my sig. Its just the basic information for now but should be updated as and when there is more to put on it.

Ok its a bit closer to time now

19th november, leeds university sports centre, 3 rooms, one huge hall, one workshop room and a sprungfloor room for spinning types.

Unicycle activities planned by Roger from Unicycle.com, ride around hydepark (contains modern concrete skatepark)

Workshops, trickswaps bound to happen

Beard is trading, get in touch with them if you have any specific prop requirements.

healthy set of diaboloists in Leeds, Matt H, Matt F, Alex, 2cups, Lexie etc.

Then in the evening (7.30-10pm): The Show

In the university refectory, an international selection of mind-blowing acts

    * Bill - Sublime contact staff
    * Jon Udry (Young British Juggler of the year - Clubs)
    * Matthew Tiffany (Tiff) - Technical ball juggling
    * Seán - Diabolo
    * Norbi - New ring routine
    * Paul Taylor (jugglingeek) - 3 balls BBB
    * Scott and Simon (of 'The Good, The Bad and the Juggly' fame) - New club passing act
    * Sharon - Devilstick
    * Tempei - High degree of skills with multiple props
    * Vux (Mad French Posse/Diabology) - Diabolo
    * Zyllan - clubs

There will also probably be some fire-spinning on woodhouse moor through the evening

check out the website on www.juggler.net/leeds (in case something pops up/ directions) plus the convention forum on http://www.lemony.co.uk/juggling/forum/index.php for more details/questions

Hope to see plenty of forum members there for what should be a great day.

Hi All,

The Wendy House is also on on the 19th - some of us are off there after the show.  Feel free to get gothed up and join us!

http://www.thewendyhouse.org for details of what the Wendy House is (basically its an experience you won't forget).  They have an area which "spinners" often frequent too, so if anyone still has the urge...  I've not tried getting in with proper juggling props yet.

Aspire are running a squat party that weekend for people who are into that kind of thing (crash possibilities here).

Looks like it should be a good day/night out
