yep LZ's hubstacks except they dont have his name listed anymore, they used to have Mr B. erroneously listed as the maker in the past until LZ got that fixed

Thats was on the oddballs site. he works there in brighton. don't think the firetoys website has ever stated the manufacturer.

They are completely different to any previous gen. Closer to a Circus than anything else. Much heavier, bigger, and yet they seem shorter. There is much less of an angle in the cup's curvature as they are more rounded. The rims of the cups are no longer flat-ish edges but instead the cups curve over smoothing it out and designed specifically for greater ease when holding and starting multiple high diabolo. The axle is also much bigger and a 'v' shape instead of the typical Finesse curved axle. Overall the diabolo is a significantly big jump compared to the minor tweaks between the previous few generations to the extent that I am considering it as a entirely separate type of diabolo that I can use along with my G3's and Circi whenever each is most appropriate. A good compromise for people who like both Finesse and Circi.

Don't ask for pictures, my camera died on the 2nd day of the festival :(

Interesting. A comparison photo would be very useful. You must know someone with a camera?

It probably takes a while to get all new photos, and except for us gear weenies who hang out here, most people wouldn't know the difference.  :P
