nice work, nice to see some poi and diabolo in the same vid. Next time maybe you should integrate them. hows about a sprinkler and a butterfly using your teeth    now that would be impressive! nice triple sprinkler and a very suave s-fan. keep up the good work

That was cool. Nice to see (hear) someone using some mellow music in a clip for once, instead of the ubiquitous heavy pop-rock.
Loved the fade from poi to diabs too, nicely done, sir!

Not sure about your choice of hosting, though: It seemed to give me the option of deleting your video from the server!

Yeah i know but i trust you guys so thats fine. Its more the slow download speed that i dont like.

The music was just a bit wierd as i was all on my lonesome and that was labeled track 13 on the college Emac and it was the first track i tried.
I didnt even try the vid with anything else it was to perfect.

Hi

The diabolo was cool and the music also.
The Void called the music Ifrit had used in his video mellow music.
I´m from Germany, and I don´t  knew the singer of this music.
Is it possible that someone could give me some samples for the mellow music style?

regards
from Germany

Hi JC

I wasn't using the word 'mellow' to describe a particular style or genre of music, just the easy, laid-back, relaxed feel that that song had. I don't know who the artist is either, but it sounds like the sort of thing Moby was doing a while back - sampling old(?) blues & gospel vocals, and putting them on top of a gently grooving keyboard tune.

'Mellow' as an adjective could describe a hell of a lot of different types of music, from Joni Mitchell, to Portishead, to Neko Case, The Aphrodisiacs, The French, Coldplay*, Billie Holliday, AC/DC, Buck 65, The Velvet Underground and all points in between. Not that any of those sound particularly like Ifrit's music.

*Although I'd probably go for 'soporific' for that one.

That was a very smooth and enjoyable video. Lots of interesting angles and positions as well as some great transitions. Nicely done.
