thank you very much...the tension thing has been killing me on the entry for quite some time and seeing this from the side angles helped me figure it all out.

Damn. That was the first time I've seen it and thought - I've GOT to learn that. Very helpful. Thanks a lot. Seeing the ol' triangle exit rear it's head again made me smile.

As for the swinging fan - all I had to do was fly across the ocean and visit Nev. He sorted me out within minutes. :)

Its more of a slow motion video with different angles than a tutorial, first part is showing standard technique, second part shows how to do it only using your right hand, ill PM the link.
