Hath, they're sold on the website, but there's usually not too much of a hurry. The festival is always sold out, but they'll have tickets for a few days. I can let you know when they have them on sale. And yes you can travel with me and Samuli will be there too. It's not too much of a travel anyway, haha

I may also have a car, so I can drive people to places.

Unfortunately I won't be able to come either. :(

This was going to be my 7th EJC in a row, what a sad day...
Mine too! Too bad it's so expensive.

It looks like you could be done for ~350 euros, if you fly from amsterdam to londen stanted to tampere (return flight, including train). I'm still considering!

My parents aren't letting me go. :'(Even though it's pretty reasonable because I live in America and I'm 15.
Sorry for my awful posts years ago. I was even more anal and un-self-aware than i am now.

Hey...

So I thought I'd booked my flights ages ago, but ooops, I hadn't. I was mostly wondering who else was heading from England way?

And how you're all getting there?

Hath, did you still have a plan for a road trip?

Doesn't look likely I'm going to be able to get all of it off work if any of it. With other management leaving and what not they might not be able to give me those dates off at all. I'll look into it all in the coming week or so and try to give you a definite answer Olive. It certainly would be fun to do!

If somebody is flying with Ryanair to Tampere and dont know how to get EJC you can PM to me. I'll see what I can do.. (Ryanair flies to Tampere from: Bremen, Edinburgh, Frankfurt-Hahn, Kaunas, London-Standsted, Malaga, Milan (Bergamo) and Riga)

If hitchhiking is your thing, then go for it - otherwise i believe i can offer (at some of you at least) much easier and a bit cheaper ride from Tampere to Joensuu.

Jussi.

Can't wait!!!! I'm really pumped!!!

My only slight concern is carrying a tent just for one week camping out of my 5 week round the world trip.

Can anyone suggest any other (cheap) options?
