Unstable Sundia Shining

I recently bought a new triple bearing axle for my Sundia Shining becasue it broke. Now I have put it on and when I play with it is unstable. I checked it by making high spin and let it hang in the string doing nothing. And it turns slowly counterclockwise. How can I fix this?

Thanks in advance

I had a similar problem with my Sundia Shining :'(. If you can both cups in opposite directions, i.e. the bolt is loose, which which mine was, then you should tighten the bolt. Also check if the cups are bent or off in any way. If they are, then you should either replace the cups or bend them back by running your tap as hot as it will go (not boiling) and fill up your sink with that water, then you should remove both cups and put them on a flat surface (like a chopping board) and press down on the cups quite firmly (but not too hard). Then take out the plug and let the water run out keeping pressure on the cups, then cool them and put them back onto the bearing and tighten quite well. It worked for my shining.

Hope this helps :-D,
