I like to think I am a diabolist and I go to play with my diabolo,
But sometimes I am a juggler and I go to play with my balls

Sorry to sound irrelevant (its on terminology
), but a friend of mine and me have always wondered how the name 'JiBe' is pronounced!!!
Is the capital 'B' there for a reason?! Or just to look good? Silly questions i know but answers please...

Yes the capital B is there for a reason, here goes (please, anyone correct me if i'm wrong)
His real name is Jean-Baptiste, and as i'm a lot of your know, J.B. is the classic abbreviation of Jean-Baptiste. Now...if you know the French alphabet you will know that J.B. in french is pronounced jee bay (with a very soft j [in english anyway, i kno that 'j' in a lot of other languages is closer to the english 'y' but thats off-topic, sorry)
So to make it read closer to the french pronounciation... JiBe.
Or something like that. The 'bay' might be wrong, i seem to remember hearing 'bee' more (which would also explain the gibee on his website)
so in conclusion... uhhh... hopefully JiBe will read this and clear it up.

I am a diaboloist, and I "go diabolo" as in, "I'm gonna go diabolo now". hey, why not be a verb and a noun, it's cool enough.

I´m diaboler (diabolero) , I called "cacharros" (pots and pans..) to th diabolos (
I think I´m the only who calls like this) , and I "ruedo mis cacharros" (roll my pots...) lol.....tha languajes makes some funny translations-efects....
yer man, not a clown, neither a hippy, neither a funny man. People suppose too much by the way you look or do. I completely agree with you

I think the main trouble is just that "diabolo" already has four syllables in it! Yo-yoer works pretty well but diaboloer sounds a bit akward. I guess diabolist works pretty well since it is still four and sounds ok (in some languages aparantly..haha).

upon deep though and consideration, it doesn't matter, as a wise man once said, "Shut up and juggle"
