Arm bounces

I really would like to do this trick. It's the one that appears in 5:08 in this video, but I don't know how to do it. Any tips?

If you can do orbits over both arms, that bounce is frankly just a matter of practice. I've never tried that trick, but it doesn't look to me like he's doing anything special. Just keep the string relatively taut and give the diabolo a little toss whenever it lands before it has time to roll down the string and you should be good.

It may seem easy, but doing it as smooth as him is really difficult.  Thanks for the tip anyway

Thanks man! The trick is starting to work! A problem I have sometimes is that when I want to do the right bounce, it ends up with a trapeze around my right arm. How can I change this?
