Times must be hard for old Frebourg to be dipping in to Oddballs wallet. Good on him, nothing like selling your soul for a quick fix. I should know.

Lz, I'm in but should we choose something else as I don't cook meaty things.

Of course, apologies. Shall we start with just Cheese?

I fail to see the point of this. You are looking for a single trick? How do you define a trick?
I would understand if we would take a basic trick(like the elevator:) ) and make third base
videos out of it, but taking a identical trick and trying to see who does it most flawless
does not strike to me as being really interesting.

I doesn't really work at all with Diabolo, but that doesn't mean it's not a good idea.

Aaro let's do instead with sandwiches, i suggest starting off slow with the classic 'Ham & Cheese' i'll post pictures when i'm done. (I promise i'll only have 1 attempt.)

You are my favourite person at the moment. Keep it up.

Wtf? I usually work in a sterile environment, just to make sure my tricks are always perfectly clean.

Why not always try to film something the best way you can think of? The cleanest way?!!! Try for f sakes, please a hundred times if necessary.

^ This. Some tricks i've only ever hit clean once and made sure it was on film when i did.

If you release a sloppy trick on video. You are sloppy.

I don't believe for a second it's been tested for anywhere near 2 years.

Humour me and answer a few questions on a public forum.

Did you design it?
If not who did?
Where is it produced?
What style/styles is the model designed for?
Will it be more reliable than a Cyclone?

Oh of course, sorry, I must have got confused. I see it now it bears no resemblance to anything and is a completely original design. I also hope it lives up to the incredible standards of the rest of the Juggle dream range.

Phht.

^ Now that Ronnie, is what you call a Taibolo knock off. Outrageous that they can get away with it but decency doesn't come into it when they're getting everything produced for pennies in China.

Gear / Re: Strings
« on: March 14, 2013, 08:27:49 AM »
That slide pro string is not something I would recommend to anyone. I think most cheap things are called things like "pro" or "ultimate". To make you think it is great, which is why it is best to check on a specified forum. One thing this does not apply to though is things like "Epic A-dream" or "Taibolo super V2" diabolos which are renown for living up to their name :)

Ah well, the Slide Pro string is exactly the same braid as the 'flecked' string Henrys produced for a while before switching back to the classic plain colours. I would assume the same factory provided both Henry's and Slide with that product, similar to the old Babache/Beard string story. If it's good enough for Henry's i'd say they can get away with using 'Pro' in the title.

As for the product itself, I quite like it. I prefer it to standard Henrys yellow.

Videos of the Week / Re: Diabolo.ca VotW: 18 February 2013 Michal Zazrivec
« on: February 21, 2013, 03:02:57 PM »
Impressive. But I would have preferred to see (say) just the first move, from a couple of angles, with slomo. I think this video potentially contains about 4 "video of the week"s. :-)

Agreed. No one else has said it yet, so i will. At the end of the 3rd trick, the string suicide is a miss.

Apologies.
