Hey, After seeing Martijn's super groovy performance, is there any chance of a video tutorial of some behind the back tricks? They look really smooth but I can't work any out . If not, could someone explain some of the basic ones. Thanks Oli

Hey! I'm thinking of getting some finnesse diabolos with wide axels, but do the wide axels make any 1 or 2 diabolo tricks harder (except excalibur)? Do they make any easier? Thanks Oli

Hey everyone, I'm a bit stuck with ideas for getting the audience involved when demonstrating/performing juggling or diabolo. I've got another performance tomorrow and I thought it might be a nice idea to grab their attention more. Thanks Oli

Hey guys, I was checking out yo-yoing and unicycling on the internet and they both have "skill levels". I thought it was interesting but it does make the tricks seem more, i dunno, serious or regimented . Anyway I'll stop rambling and get to my point: Do you think it would be good idea to have one main diabolo website where most of the known tricks are listed (with videos) in difficulty order so diaboloists would have something to work through. I quite often find myself searching the internet for a trick that I can work towards doing. Thanks Oli

Hey everyone, I'm having a little trouble with 2 diabolo wrap-ups. I have brand new string and I'm holding my right stick behing my left, but I still have a bit of trouble with wrap-ups, especially after tricks like vortexes and hover stalls. Any tips on this because I have never seen a wrap-up in a performance.
Do wide axle replacements help this?
Thanks Oli

Hi everyone I was just wondering why speed makes the 2 diabolo shuffle bigger, and why it is the limiting factor in sprinklers. It doesn't make anyt sense to me. Thanks Oli P.S. Merry Christmas and I'll probably have 3 or 4 trick of the week videos in by new year.

HI!
Don't you think it would be great to have a diabolo speedometer to actually see how fast it spins! You could also see which tricks speed up / slow down the diabolo. Is it possible?

Hi all, I've been looking at videos of juggling conventions and they seem to be fantastic places. Have any of you been to one? what are they like? I would really love to go to one, the closest I have been to is the circus space juggling convention which had about 20 people Are there any you could reccomend (during school holidays)? I've got my eye on the Bristol one, when is it? How much? Etc Thanks everyone Oli

Hey everyone, I am wondering if it is possible to take the axel from a diabolo and use is to make a diabolo out of, say, a tennis ball (cut in half) or a couple of washing up tubs etc. It sounds quite fun, but I don't want to ruin my axels. Do you think it will work?

Hey all! I've just come back from bluewater and I had a great time, I just practiced and performed around "Airborne Kites", a shop that sells juggling stuff, and the director saw me and offered me a job! Wehey! But not until I'm 16 (June) When I'm 18, I want to do a degree in circus skills up in London. And maybe see what turns up. My dream job would be to teach juggling (in all its' forms). Do any you diabolo/juggle for a living? Is it feasible? Thanks Oli

I always use wrapped orbits, but I have heard that chinese acceleration is better, should I try and learn it, or keep with what I am happy with?
Which way do you lot use?
Thanks Oli

I use Henry's jazz diabolos, but I find that when I'm doing a 2 diabolo shuffle, they get out of line really quickly. So I'm constantly having to correct them even though they are spinning quite fast.
Also, when I use the wrap start, I have to point the wrapped diabolo inwards because it naturally turns outwards when it's in the wrap.
I have tried other diabolos and they seem to stay straight better.
Is there a way to fix my diabolos (if there is anything wrong!). If not, then any reccomendations on a couple of new ones?
Thanks you guys Oli

Hey everyone, first post for me. I learnt 2 diabolos about a month ago, but I've been learning tricks very slowly. I need some help!
I can just about do sprinkler, speedwarps, sidesun (not very well)and 1 up.
I want to learn trapeze stalls, but I'm just not getting anywhere with them, any tips? And any other tricks you reccomend?
