Community & Events / [UK] Camvention - Cambridge Juggling Convention - 26 October 2013

Hi everyone,

On Saturday 26 October 2013 Camvention, the Cambridge Juggling Convention, will take place at Cambridge Regional College (CRC). It is organised by Cambridge Community Circus (Camcircus) and Cambridge University Jugglers' Association (CUJA).

Tickets will be sold at the door.
Day ticket including show: £10

Community & Events / Dutch Juggling Championships

Hello everyone,

It's almost time for the Dutch Juggling Championships again! By the looks of it, the diabolo competition will be the biggest competition.

The championships will happen in the weekend of 24 and 25 September 2011. Of course, the event does not only host the competitions, but is also a very nice juggling convention with workshops and shows.

The convention takes place in amusement park Slagharen. Entrance to the park is included in the festival fee. You can pre-register as a contestant (only if you're Dutch) or as a visitor. If you do so in time, you'll be sure to have a place to sleep in one of these wonderful tipis:



It would be great if some foreign diabolo players could make it. It is going to be a very special convention. For more information about the location, pre-registration and an overview of the contestants, please have a look at the website.

Unfortunately the information is all in Dutch, but Google Translate works wonders.

Hello everyone,

Here is my new video. It is a short video that shows what sort of tricks I have been experimenting and playing with. Most of the tricks can be done with various entries and exits. (And some of them are not even 'finished' yet.) I think there is a lot of potential for variations and I hope to hear some ideas you may have about these kind of pull-the-string tricks.

Community & Events / Dutch Juggling Convention 2010

Hi everyone,

Anyone going to the Dutch Juggling Convention this year? I certainly will.

It's in Vlaardingen (near Rotterdam) 13-16 May. For more information see the website: http://njf2010.nl/english/

I'm not organizing this year, so looking forward to a relaxing weekend. Would be nice to see some international diaboloists there!

Hello everyone,

We are happy to tell you that the Dutch Juggling Convention will be held in Houten this year. The convention will be on 21-24 May 2009. More information can be found on the website: www.NJF2009.nl/en/

There you can also watch a little video we made to introduce ourselves as organization team. (Thanks to Jordy for the music.)

We’re very busy to make this convention a success for all of you. But all help is welcome! So if you have any good ideas, if you want to help before or after the convention, or if you want to help with the organization in any other way, let us know.
