Nice to hear Tempei is back. Hopefully he does a workshop this year. Wes Peden's going too. Although, I don't know if I can make it.
I'll be in Sydney around early January though.

I'll PM you the email of a guy who sells Sundia in Australia. He should be able to get anything from Sundia. He's in Vietnam now I think, but he should be able to help.
ha, I have those, the green ones, I didn't even know they were called Sundia Shining!
The "Shining diabolos will fit Sundia L.E.D units" on juggleart is incorrect, the thread is right but it doesnt fit properly, I had to buy washers to fit my Sundia light kits. Besides that, they're an awesome diabolo, feels similar to the taibolo imo, they keep their colour better than the crystal suns. Do you want these in bearing? I didn't know they came like that...

I'll go one year, but not this one. Unless you can convince me that it's better than travelling Europe...doubt that though.

Do they teach Finnish kids diabolo at school now? Seems like there's lots of Finnish folk doing amazing things these days.

Is the original sized photo going to be put up?

At the moment I've got nothing on at that time, so I'll try and make it. The Aussie rep.

General / Re: Is diabolo a sport?

Hasn't this already been discussed? It's more of a hobby or past time to me. Has potential, but it's not competitive enough imo. I'm glad that it's not a mainstream sport! That would suck.
yes or no and why.

« on: April 28, 2009, 09:20:40 AM »
What the judges don't realize is that Will DOES have talent.
Don't forget that it was ultimately the public who voted the singer as the winner, not the judges. The judges recognised his talent...even though they thought tap dancing was better than diabolo in the semis. As Red said, many people would fail to appreciated the level of difficulty in diabolo and therefore don't understand the talent that Will has.

Top effort Will! AGT sounds kinda screwed up and bias. They never mentioned the Sony deal on the show. I can't believe another singer won, sucks. I think some little girl singer won last year too, who the hell votes for these people? The opera bloke wasn't that great, especially compared to Paul Potts. Both you and Danik were the clear stand outs for me.
Good to see Hamish and Amelia back again, your circus school seems to be producing some talent! Maybe Joe Fisher could try out next year...
I'll give someone $2 if they can get Will over to EJC/BJC this year...you know you want to.

I use to do that with my old yohos, balloons work well too, but like Barnsey said, dropping it isn't pretty.
