General / Re: Diabolo injuries

Mweh my right wrist is really painful, I don't know what it is.
About a week ago my wrist started hurting badly whenever I did Chinese Accelerations, but it's impossible to do it right now.
Seriously, this is not fun.
I'll go see a doctor if it gets worse and stuff.
Especially since my right wrist is the most important to me! xD
Diaboloing, juggling, playing guitar/bass, drawing...
And I can't play bass anymore thanks to my wrist. Yay.

I think I overused it or something when practicing Vertax.
I haven't diaboloed in a few days, hoping that resting helps.
It sucks.

Depends on the ambiance that you want to create.
Muse works pretty great for me. Usually I juggle to some pretty heavy stuff like Dimmu Borgir, but the audience won't like it that much I think..
You could also try Arctic Monkeys!

But it's pretty personal, so just try some music out!

1. How many years have you diaboloed for?
None.. But I just ordered a diabolo! I wanted something else than ball juggling :-)
2. What or who got you started?
Let's see.. There was a guy I saw diaboloing at Lake Garda in Italy, and it seemed pretty cool to me.
3. What do you like best about the diabolo or juggling in general?
The fact that not everyone does it, and it amazes people. But it's one of the most fun things to do, it's some sort of freedom. And it feels great if you've finally got something down after weeks of practice.
4. How many hours a day do you diabolo on average?
None yet. But I juggle balls for about 2 hours a day.
5. Do you ever perform with the diabolo?
Nope.
6. Do you juggle other props? If so: balls, clubs, rings, cigar boxes, devil sticks... ?
As said before, balls! :-)
7. What are your favourite diabolos, sticks, and string?
Haven't got enough experience. Ah well, I'll just say the stuff I just ordered: Mr Babache Finesse II, simple wooden sticks, Henry's orange
8. Do you like working with 1, 2, or 3 diabolos the best?
Let's say 1.
9. What is your favourite diabolo trick that you can do?
Ah, it's the trick involving the invisible diabolo!
10. What is the most amazing diabolo trick you've ever seen done?
There was this guy doing all sorts of amazing Sun-like things, I like their elegance and smoothness (is that a word?).
11. What tricks are driving you nuts right now (what are you working on)?
No tricks, but waiting for my diabolo and new juggling balls to arrive is driving me nuts.
12. What other diaboloists have inspired you?
Richard Clement, and that guy I saw at Lake Garda.
