Hello all.

Does anyone know if there's any juggling club near Utrecht?
If there is, I'd like to tag along.

Well does it have a long axle? That could be a difference with you're earlier diabolo's.
It could also be a issue with the diabolo and in that case you could send an e-mail to the distributor.

Look's alot like diabolo string but that's just the looks.
I would like to hear a review of it from some other diaboloists that (under ofcourse weird circumstances) tried this.

I don't know what camera you are using, but I guess it's exports the file's in a uneditable format (because I saw you converted them)
To don't get that crappy sign in your videos:
klikkerdie klik here take a mirror (recommending the one in the bottom) then download
Then convert them to WMV or AVI or something you're editing software can use.
If u have a HD camera you should set the *video Grootte* to 1440x1080, and you can mess around wth the Bitrate abi.
Good Luck!

I don't understand why you guys think it's INSANE!!!! I mean he attempted it and didn't succeed at all..
So tell me what's so insane about a failed 5d low attempt?

You would then have someone with a torch that has the risk of getting a Fire finesse at him.
And If the city you live in thinks it's ok to do a show... I don't think they would appreciate fire

Wow so nice to say that to someone not doing it for very long and still finding out by herself how to do it.
PS: you learn fast visjes

Ain't it just you growing or getting stronger because you grow?

Tipper you actually said it wrong then.... It's counterclockwise over the axle for a wrap and clockwise over the axle for a unwrap. :-D

Very Nice video, some really creative ideas and nicely ecexuted.
Ofcourse spain isn't going to win sunday because we (the Dutchies) have much better diabolists :P

Performances / Re: My performance, first one.

It seemed you didn't knew what kind of knots you had on the diabolo at sometimes, and you shouldn't repeat a trick 3times (you did a infinite suicide two times and then did it again without a wrap on it)
And when you did the vertax things your first vertax was good but when you dropped you started over again and tried vertax things while you wern't in vertax yet.
Try to really nail the tricks before you peform them, it will give you much more confidence and will make the tricks look alot smoother

Practice / Re: Kjeld's 1year of diaboloing

So havn't updated for a while now because of some school business and because we are getting puppy's! tommorow.
BUT! that doesn't mean I can't practice a trick, so here is a new and easy as (curseword) start followed by a tiny fan which is followed by a normal left wrap and ended with a throw on the ground...... well anyway just watch!

A old fashion combo with a new ending?!
I also found a entry to the S-fan  that a lot of people probably found but maybe some new guys to the S-fan (like me :-D ) won't come up with and are looking for an entry, watch and see how it's done!

A probably Old but usefull S-fan entry

Ok The fan is suspended for 1week and i'm gonna post a Anti-suicide here for this week.

2D anti-suicide

I started trying to learn this trick at the NJF and I followed a piece of a workshop (given by Dixie) there and he eplained the technique.
And now I can do this trick pretty solid.

Hello all,

This topic is about my progression in diaboloing from now till Next year.
In this topic I will write short amounts of text on how I learned a certain trick and I will post a video of the trick.
I will update this Topic about once a week, maybe more.
That will depend on how difficult the trick is.

Now to start off: The first trick I'm going to film and which I'm busy with quite a while now, is going to be the Fan.
You may ask: But what Fan Kjeld?   Well....... I have to look that up.
