Gear / diabolo parts and string

Hello folks. anyone know where i can get just the outside plate for a finesse diabolo... also. does anyone still sell that old mr babache string... it had a lot stretch or flex to it, and as i know thats not popular... i prefer it. thanks for any help. cheers
