Now, I have took a look to Firetoys. And they have to commit, they've everything. But it's an UK store and if I'm right, Diabolo Gear is more expensive in UK than in Holland. And I know that the dutch people on the forums know a good webshop in Holland where I don't need a creditcard, just buy with bank account. After doing some Maths, i saw that you need for those things @ Firetoys 73 Pounds, which is 108 Euro's, and @ Eenwieler.nl it cost 90 Euro's inclusively the Forwarding-charges. BUT, you've got G2's and not G3's...

Well, NeoRufus, I am searching for a good webshop. I thought www.eenwieler.nl was a good one, but they don't sell G3's...
Because of your translation I think you're dutch, so if you know a good webshop for me where they sell those, tell me please.

I think if I buy a lot of string, Henry's Alu's are great for me. Then there aren't better sticks for me, i think so.
So I am going to buy Henry's Fluorcolor 25m, that's good enough for me I think.

And for the self-confidence, I'll buy a wooden pair too, for extra. I've read on www.diabolotricks.com, that's a smart thing to buy 2 pair diabolo's, 2 pair sticks and 2 different lengtes of string, because for example, overarms need big diabolo's and a short string, I can get those and, little diabolo's for knots and that sort of tricks. I can test that then which are good for me to use.

So I need a good webshop where I get those things for a little price and a good service. Does any dutchman know a good one?

Well, I have considred a bit and I think it is the best for me to buy 2 Finesses II because they are a bit light and big so it's good for Overarms en 2 Diabolo. Too for Genocides because it's my problem with these tricks that I just miss the string so much and a catch is 1 out of 30. I think I won't be disappointed by Finesses.

I WAS indeed confused with the Xtreme Sticks and the tops won't slip off. But I was thinking about the foam grips of the Henry's Alu's, won't they get off if you hit the street? And the hole in the side of the stick, isn't that irritating when you do some grinds and knots? Outside of these things I think it is the best choise. But I hope you can answer the questions above.

For the string: Is 10 metres nog enough for me, I mean, I'm not about to change my string for so many times... I think maybe once in the 3 weeks or something.

Important thing: I buy now new gear to buy never again. So I hope I get some strong and amazing products. But I don't think I will not complain ever again with my new stuff :)

Thanks a lot,

SilentScreamer

Well, as I said, I have read the equipment guide, and I just don't know which I have too choose. I was already thinking of A Circus or Finesse, so that don't helped me further.
For the sticks I was thinking of Henry's Alu, because they are good for suicides as you said, and the knot is IN the stick so it doesn't stop the string to slip off. But i heard also that the foam grips are bad for suicides and that the tops will slip off.
I think it is a good thing to buy 5 or 10 metres extra string, but I won't to pay too much.

But it's here now 1 AM so I think to get a little bit of sleep, and then think again.

Thanks for now,

Gear / Needs a lot of help!

First of all, my excuses for my bad english. I'm a 16 year old Dutch student, so my english is a bit crappy. So if you're Dutch, Reply in Dutch please so I understand you better.  :)

Above is all my gear now. The gear on the left is what I use for now. It's 2 Harlequin Medium's and 35 cm wooden handsticks. One of them broke on an Arthuricide, when I hit the ground it was *PANG* and i've got 2 half sticks. I've Ductaped it but I can't Grind anymore and the string just don't slip off. That's the reason why I want new sticks.

But, I want some new Diabolo's too. These are fine, but I think for other tricks they are a little bit too heavy and, most of all, a bit too small. So I keep using these, but I want some other which are bigger for using with Overarms, Underlegs, Two Diabolo, Suicides (Genocides). etc. Because I just suck at those.

I've read the sticky's but I don't understand everything and I just don't know which Pro's and Con's are more important to me.

For the sticks: I want the sticks are good for Suicides, so I can hit the ground as much as i can, so they aren't easily to break. I just hate knots in the string on top of the sticks when if i do a cradle or something it just don't want to slip off. That's a problem for me with Magic Knots, Fritz Releases etc. That is the reason why I want new ones. (I had ordered some Henry's Carbon, but i read on the forum that they are too breakable, and I don't get it before September, so I've canceled it) For the grips is important that's a bit soft, and more important it won't get off when it hits the ground. I don't want to waste much string, but I hate more that the string won't slip off because the knots of the string stop it.

For the diabolo's: Bigger, not much heavier, and most of all: Not very breakable. I just absolutely don't want plastic ones.

Another question is about the string. I have got here 2 metres of string extra and I think I've get some extra string with my sticks. But I want to know is, is it enough for me? Do you change many times your string, because it's is too dirty?

The complete order won't be over 100 Euro/100 Dollar/80 Pounds, but more important is that it is good stuff. So cheap isn't an argument. ;)

Yours sincerly,

SilentScreamer
