also i'm a d**k and have lost my precious circus's's's's  and sticks, can i buy them from there or do i need to stop off some where and get some?

Donald gave me a copy at the last bjc (he saw me play a decided i could use some help).

It is an ideal dvd for all beginners and has some really nice freestyle bits at the end.
