well there was a nice pic a while ago of the henry's factory. from wat i understand, the cups are made by injection moulding. so u have a mould and u inject the plastic i think. The axle should be machined on a lathe with a custom made chisel tool thing. the screw and wasshers idk, dont seem to hard. The inner washers are the hard ones, the plastic ones. i dont no how u could make that u can always get a chunk of wood and lathe it to a nice diabolo shape  good luck

For those that dont no, today was the semi final air date in australia, i saw it and recorded it.
some pretty good acts but will got my vote, pretty good. 3d was nice and fluid and had a great ending.
So yea hope he makes it into the finals, and i also hope he uploads the vid
