Thank you Arjan, for your comment. Especially because I simply didn't have the courage to say what was on my mind 
I agree with Arjan. I personally don't give a damn about world records, especially when the person breaking them posts it as one, while saying that he actually can do much more.
Where's the modesty?
Just post it as a practice video! I think it's very arogant of you to post this (as a 'world record').
PS: I don't deny the fact that it's crazy and amazing what you're doing.
But it is a world record....ive never seen a longer run on film. Im sure he can do more catches, it looks fairly solid! why is telling people that a bad thing? hes clearly proud of it and rightly so, i havnt seen anyone else run 5 so smoothly. His claims may be seen as arogant but they are probably true and by posting it as a "world record" will get him more views on youtube. If you dont give a damn about world records then what brought you to this thread?

Maybe this is his way of having fun, who are we to judge? Good post Marijn, how could running 5 diabolos that well NOT be fun for Ofek?! :p I think learning to juggle with more diabolos is just as rewarding as coming up with a creative trick, if not even more so as its such a time invested process. I remember what it felt like the first time i ran 2 diabolos, when i first learnt 3 and even now when if i get a lucky run of 4 i get such a rewarding feeling. Ive heard many people say the same thing, we diabolo because its fun and it makes us feel good. Im sure 5 high feels f***ing amazing, keep it up Ofek! There always seems to be a lot of negavity surrounding videos like this, i agree that diabolo shouldn't become a competition.....but surely this is just Ofek taking pride in this rare skill? How would you feel if you managed to film a run of 5 diabolos with more catches than anyone else on the net? Wouldn't you feel proud and want to share that video? It would really suck if then you just recieved loads of negative comments after what takes years of practise! What Ofek is doing is incredible. Numbers arent everyones thing, but just cause its not the style of diabolo were into doesn't give anyone the right to demand him to do anything different. There are plenty of diaboloists out there bringing us tasty tricks, if your not into this then go watch their videos instead! If pushing the limits of multiple diabolo juggling is what makes Ofek happy, then who are we to tell him to do otherwise? Come on guys lets have some respect!

I stayed at Folkerts for a few days last week and thanks to his throws i got to practise lots of 4 low. I seem to be stuck between 15-30 catches, my problem is ajusting the pattern and getting back into the rhythmn. Ive found that i can get longer more controlled runs with a bigger pattern, but i do plan on lowering it when i have better control. I had the same thing when learning 3 low. The plan was to film my 4 low progression over 3 days, but it rained all through the third day. I got quite a lot of runs inside, but the angle on the camera was too bad to upload. So this is just a short video showing some 4D practise over 2 days, not to be taken too seriously lol sorry about the cheesy video effects and music, I find it funny for some reason  Enjoy www.youtube.com/watch?v=ATc62aROHT8More videos too come soon, already started filming =] Oh and i almost forgot, i've now been diaboloing for 4 years!!!

Ive waited years to see this trick Nicely done Etienne!!! i thought you'd be the first to get it. I tried it a few times with someone else throwing into the feed, but even that was way too difficult for me. Diabolo has gotten insane! i feel like a noob again lol so much to learn. Cant wait to see more 4D crazyness

If i was you i really would shorten your string loads! IMO it looks terrible, your tricks are good but the string is ruining your style making it unpleasant to watch. Overall good video tho keep it up

Hi,
I have a question about what has been discussed in this topic but I didn't found a good answer. I have start practising the self start 4d low from 3d diabolo trapeze and I was wondering if any of the highly skilled diabolist on this forum would have any tips they have been finding out when learning 4d low (I'm thinking to Dodson for exemple). I'm asking for advince on the start mainly and if you do have any for the shuffle I'd really appreciate it.

Lol dont look to me for advice with 4 low, im terrible at it. I find Guillaumes 4 low start the easiest, it looks difficult but its a lot easier to time than the trapeze start.

Best attempts i managed to get on film the weekend i went to visit Folkert. My longest run was 22 catches but we were filming at the time >.< I still cant self start so i make no progress on my own and i have no one to throw a 4th diabolo in for me =[ Theres a couple of glitches at the start of the video but i couldnt be bothered to fix it. Editing on my pc is a nightmare. 4 diabolo low attempts4 Diabolo Low Attempts - juggling videos hosted @ Juggling.tvMy biggest problem seems to be that im throwing to far to my right and the throw height isnt consistant. My throw timing got a lot better towards the end of the visit.

I cant run 4 low properly. Self starts still **** aswell. Longest run ive had is 22 catches. Most ive got on film is about 12 though i think. Ill upload some attempts later.
