slow motion with sony vegas?

Sorry for that stupid question :-[
But where in sony can I make the video slower or faster?
I searched in the the manual book but didn't find it.

i think you can just rightclick on the the video and edit the playback rate in "preferences".

But i can barely remember, just try it and look for the playback rate, the normal rate is 1,
so 2 is 2x faster, 0.5 is only half speed and so on :D

Right click on the track. Click Apply Velocity Tape. From there you can drag it up or down to increase or decrease speed of the playback.

Holding CTRL while making the clip longer is the most convenient way :)
