I'm Finally back for good! Need help now.
« on: January 31, 2013, 02:46:45 PM »
Hey guys.
Last year I was on here once every 6 or so months and diaboloing much less!
I'm back, but now I realized diaboloing again
My Sundia crystal Suns feel much too heavy and too wide.
And my taibolo string isn't What I'd like in a string anymore.
Yoyoing has changed my preferences.

What string you you recommend for suicides/integrals slacks and body?

What Diabolo is not to wide? I'm thinking finesse.  With a weight kit.
( I love 2D too haha)
And my taibolo short sticks feel fine.

Ideas? Thanks all you! Glad to be back!

I personally don't do slacks, most people use Henry's although I heard Mr. Babache string is good for that.

Okay, so it seems, i want
a not too wide diabolo, less wide than the Sundia Suns/flys
and lighter.

i was thinking finesse diabolos for the weight and width, but im not too sure on the material.
and ive heard it snags quite a bit. and how do the Evo 7s effect the hubs?

or the Circus diabolo with JC Ultralights, or normal ultra lights
this looks like it'd be super cool but im not sure. it would be 270g or 250 if i'm not wrong?

and the Big Top. How is this diabolo?

For you I'd recommend the finesse diabolo with the JC ultra solution kit

i've liked sundia string more than both the henrys and mr babache strings, so i'd say go with that. sundia thin yellow.

Awesome!
Are freestyles okay for 2d and ,3d?

I'd love to try em soon!
And I'd love more input!

Do they lighten the finesse or widen it much?

Please, don't ask people so many questions, they have been asked THOUSANDS of times before! I have had both freestyles and ultra solution kits. The freestyle kits are just like the ultra solution kit but they have one pro and one con.
Pro - like the ultra solution kit the freesltyles do not require an adaptor piece (before you ask YES it does come with the kit) which the JC kits have and which are annoying for 2/3 diabolos because they get caught in them. However I am thinking of sanding mine down to solve this problem.

Con - they are much heavier than the freestlyes, they weigh the same as the normal finesse.

Both kits are a bit disappointing as they do not increase the size of the diabolo.

As for the weight, go search it up! It takes seconds for god's sake!

Sorry for that!
I Thank you for all your help though,

I plan on getting the finesses with Freestyles and probably just stick with taibolo string
