Hey, I'm from Notts.

I'm at the uni in my third year so I'm about quite a bit. I suppose if your looking for people to juggle with then you don't know about either the Nottingham University club (http://www.jugglesoc.co.uk/) that meets on Mondays or if your not up for hanging around with a bunch of students then theres the club in the city(http://www.nottsjuggling.co.uk/) that also meets on monday evenings. Alternatively there are a bunch of fire spinners who meet up on a thurday evening in forest fields. There a good bunch of guys but not many diaboloists.

I'm usually found at the uni juggling club on a monday. Anyway post back or email me. If your interested in meeting up. I'm usually the only diabolo enthusiast at the clubs so it would be great to meet a fellow follower of diabolosim.

Oh yeah I forgot to add that peachy (a guy from the Notts jugglers group) is organising monthly one day conventions at the uni. The first one is on the 9th of October (thats a sunday I think) at the UNiveristy of Nottingham Portland building. The same place that the Notts convention was held this year for those that were there. SO that will definatly be worth coming along to.

I am from Notts too, but I generally practice at home, still it would be nice to meet other fellow diabolists. I sometimes play at the arbo at the week end or at woodthorpe grange park.

I know about 1 or 2 guys doing diabolos at the notts juggling club but I haven't been for so long it might have changed. I never go to the uni club (I work there, so it's not really a place i associate with fun, sadly) but I seem to recall that some people did diabolo there, murifri should confirm.

Murifri, do I know you from the Forest Fields of Fire??? (I should go back there again, but true there isn't much scope for diabolo, esp in the dark).

There is Will around too and others (see member list sort by place page 17 or 18).

Might be a good idea too to hook up with peachy in relation for the convention, the last one in march was well worth it, maybe it could be even better now that a larger crowd of diabolist seems to be around.

I live close to nottingham (just about a 45 minute train journey). I would meet up with somone, even thou im not that good with my diabolo, i practice lots and would love to see some good people in real life, and mabey get hinters from them.

Also, i like the jugerling shop in nottingham near ICE9, the man who runs the shop is quite good at the old diabolo.

The shop is called Jugglers, I work there. Feel free to come in a mess around in the shop, although it is small, but bring your own diabolos

I'm in on saturdays, and maybe some other days soon, (afternoons off from college) so I might see you around. Theres loads of regulars in the shop so if you wanna meet people and mess around with tricks then its a good place to check out.

The guy you're refering to is probably steve. He's left now though

I might get round to actually going to the juggling club murifri talked about, you never know.

i did one time go in and play with the diabolos, beacuse i was wondering what sticks to buy. i will drop by again.

Hi all.

Me bees also from the land of the notts.

I'm often hanging around Jugglers and it's vicinity on saturdays also. I'm mainly a poister person, but I play with staff and diabolo too.

Hey guys,
Did anyone manage to meet up in Market square yesterday? We could make it a regular thing, though the arboritum is probably a better location.

Hey Will when are you doing this promo stuff next week?

Anyway you should all come along to the conventions as it is certainly the best way to learn tricks in my opinion I went to the Notts convention last year and learned about 5 hard diabolo tricks some of which I haven't replicated to this day.
