So here is another post of me on this forum. I made a diabolo tutorial and this is my entry to the IJA video tutorial contest 2013.

This is a pretty good tutorial.

If I may make a suggestion: knowing how to do a 2d cfan also helps in learning the trick. The timing of the "suns" aren't really like "normal" suns, but cfans.
