Willem McGowan 2014
« on: July 04, 2014, 05:34:27 AM »
Hey guys!
I made a video around this time last year and I figured it was time for a new one.
These are some of the things I've been working on, but I don't have a lot of new sequences at the moment so its a lot of improvisation as well.
I hope you like it!

Some really cool ideas in there.

All these new videos coming out is getting me pumped to make one myself, if only i could get myself motivated to do so

That was pretty darn cool! Some things could have been framed better in my opinion, but then again, who really cares for getting the techniques shot clean and proper? Well I do, to see what's going on. I saw many interesting things going on! Should watch again.

Thanks guys, I"m glad you liked it!

Arjan- Sorry about the framing. I didn't get a chance to review the film before my friend edited it or I would have asked him to use some further shots. I'll put out a practice video sooner or later with head on still shots of a lot of this stuff

Scharling- Circus school is great! I've had a lot of time to explore new stuff and work on some harder technique (although that last part didn't really make it in the video). Its great to be able to train all of the time.

O sir, don't get me wrong, I did fully enjoy that! The imperfect framing may have actually contributed to the enjoyment... I know, it's weird.

Thanks for all the great feedback! I just added a youtube link in case vimeo doesn't work (it usually doesn't work on my computer), and so you can find my old videos and stuff.

Wtf! Your are insane, dude. As I was told once, great balance of difficulty and beauty. In your case is more true :)
