Sorry no one answered this. Maybe background music is not a big issue to some? How much time do you have?
From the Beatle's Love album I have enjoyed "Revolution" which goes into "Back in the USSR".
I had good success with Sly and the Family Stone "You Can Make It If You Try". I have also used "Thank You". Both are from their greatest hits album.
Blood Sweat and Tears has a song called "Spinning Wheel" that seems appropriate.
"Happiness Runs in a Circular Motion" from Donovan makes a good statement but it is much more folky, if you like that.
This doesn't tie into spinning/turning/whirling or whatever but I sure like the beat of Billy Joel's "Only the Good Die Young"
