Thanks, Hock Ooi!Question, 'the rough sand paper like texture around the circumference of the cup is to quicken adjustments made' when you say circumferences you mean the hubs or the outer part of the cups? Are you speaking of the yellow area in this picture hub (no idea which diabolo i the one in the picture)? or rather the parts marked with lines an circules above and below the diabolo? And by adjustment I usually say corrections, just in case somebody has not understood it. But adjustments seems like a proper word to me.
That sentence almost seems computer translated to me, but hey for technology creating bridges!
Thanks, now I know which part you mean.I think, Arjan, the sentence is quite ok. My guess is that is coloquial english (lack of subject at the beginning) and use of some terms that are hard to align between different continents. Like "forceful" or "adjustment" in this context. But to be honest, we could have chosen adjustments just the same instead of corrections. For the rest grammar is ok, and this sentence is something hard to build "IIRC the rough sand paper like texture around the circumference", and he did so very nicely.EDIT: I just noted that my previous post did not include any picture, although t I referred to it. I forgot it http://image.dhgate.com/albu_271851700_00-1.0x0/funny-diablo-diabolo-juggling-spinning-kit.jpg
I never said it was wrong, actually, I should have never said anything. Thank you for sharing your experience on here 5p3ak!
