They look like Mr Babache aluminum handsticks.  I think they were called "Performer" handsticks.  I too cut mine down to a shorter length as they had developed quite a bend to them.  The black rubber grips tend to leave your hands awfully messy after a session, as well.

I  think those are neither MB nor Henrys sticks...

You can find enough chatter about sticks in the equipment sticky, where you could have posted this...

yes, i did look through the sticky, but i didnt find them relevant to what i needed to ask.      it was all about specific types of handsticks.

at least now if someone has some unknown sticks they can look up this thread  :D

old henry's eh?     sound good.

They do not look like my Performer sticks, which have foam handles.  No idea what they could be.

Actually, the equipment sticky was reworked and you can no longer post in it. It contains a listing of many of the key threads on the forum about equipment. If there is something you would like added to the sticky, contact a moderator.

I'm gonna trust the experience of Seán_ and say that they are 1st Gen Performer sticks.  Many photos I've seen of MB Performer sticks have the old type of handle with the bumps at each end of the handle.  The tip of the handle looks different from the brass part but as is product development.

Though there was a fellow a little while ago who posted photos of his homemade sticks made from tube, car wiper hose for handles and bicycle de-railier rubber inserts for tips.  Looks very similar.

They look just like my MB Performer handsticks.  I believe that Sean was right that they are 1st generation.  Here are a couple more photos which include the MB label.

The Person who i baught them from said that they were "Prototypes"
So they quite possibly may be First Generation.

actually, these sticks arent too bad, they dont break, there a pretty good weight (once you cut them down) and they pretty much have the same feel as henrys alu.

i think i might be cool and get some Henrys Alu Though..
