thwy are very nice and smooth starts, its a good idea the wasy you start it, i never thought of doing that. one im definitly going to try.

any chance you could explain how to do the armstall with the left arm??? I have been trying all evening and dont know how.... i feel so stupid! haha. its just when i watch it, you do dhte armstall so quick so i dont know whats goin on! aahhhh!

Nice yeah.

just one thing : for me, an armstall is when the diabolo is block beside an arm, without knot. Because when you do an armstall as we can see in that video (the double armstall in fact), you have a knot on the right diabolo, isn't it ?

No you haven't R-One did a 3 diabolo right backwrap to armstall (which a few others have done as well [and sunned it out]), he didn't use it as a start.
