It´s just a normal frontwrap done around the body. You let the stick wind up on the first pass and genocide on the second.
So, first stopover, next around the body, next frontwrap, next execute the move. It helps to pull up a little bit after the first rotation (someone else probably has better ideas for this though). Maybe you could slow your body- or armrotation for the second pass, but that´s just a thought
