I think the diabolo is a labour of love, you have to transport it and they are tough to grasp at first especially some of the more difficult such genocides, I think half of it is intimidation, the only time you see a diabloist they tend to be phenomanal unless you go to workshops you don't see the average joe with a diabolo well not in London where I live, the other is space you need lots of space especially when learning and that's something all European cities seriously lack and the weather keeps us out of parks most of the year, ball juggling, yoyo, poi can all be done safely indoors, that's my take on it

You were tempted to say 'bro'' instead of 'man', right?

Everything is hard to learn if you don't have preexisting skills or innate talent that allow you to already almost be able to do certain things. Like this old guy on the street once asked me how to juggle, but once I gave him 3, he got it, without me having to explain.

In my opinion, diaboloing is unpopular because seldom ppl have seen it before. I'm living in Malaysia. Most of the ppl here dont really know what is that. So, i'm trying my best to teach them although i cant play as good as everyone here. Now the problem that i'm facing now is that hard to find a diabolo. Is there any online stock to buy diabolo? Anyone can tell me which type of string should i use?
I don't know if they ship to Malaysia as i live in the us but i use jugglingstore.com they have everything circus sorry but i can't help you with the string never bought any just take the stuff that comes with the diabolos put it on my carbon fiber sticks and voila
