It should come with two allen keys. Use then to unscrew the diabolo

No you have to undo both at the same time , otherwise the axle will just spin within the diabolo

righty tighty

dont forget to put all the bits back together Legault, if its wobbly loosen, twist the cups and re-tighten. (or note how the lines on the cups are in relation to each other before you undo in the first place).

Since there hasn't been a real answer yet...

Put both allen wrenches in at the same time, and twist both to the left at the same time. Vise Versa

Anti-clockwise may be a more relevant description as to which way to unscrew the nuts.  Just a word of caution, when you do manage to remove the nuts and take off the large black washer, make sure you don't lose the two, rather small nuts embedded into the disc.  If you lose them then you won't be able to attach any of the kits and you might find your Finesse to be a bit wobbly.
