A single cup diablo

Is there a name for the single bell diablo that is counter weighted ? My next question who makes them? I just saw a video to help teach my neice and this guy had a white diablo with a black swirl and i want one/ who makes them and how do I contact them?

Also, check out the small vendor section under the Gear category. They are called Monobolos at that site (diabolonet.de).
