beautiful, the six diabolo passing was unreal. and the ice vertax was original. some of the best diabolo skills ive seen since the MFP. made my day. an ice rink at the bjc ;D. i agree with seeing some 3d juggling tricks, crossed columns would be the sex.

That was absolutely awesome.

Some fantastic combos - the 2d feeding c-fan to round the back thing was great.

I've never seen a 3d big sun  :o

The 1d suicide / bodymove combo was also very smooth.

Talk about endig 2007 in style or what?!?

For some tiny, little, insignificant reason (nothing to do with the slightly impressive display of skill), I’ve put this up on the front page.

No accompanying image yet, but that’s because I suck at coding the stupid thing. I’ll do that later.

Congrats on creating this wonderful video guys – its fun to go back and watch some of your older videos and just gape at how far you’ve progressed from those days.

Might just touch some diabolo after a long time...

Absolutely amazing. Weird to think how far you two have come since I first met you and pleaded with your father to get you on the forum. Then again, I could see how passionate and dedicated you were, so I suppose it's no surprise.

Good job on the video quality too! 50 fps deinterlaced is where it's at. I know Martijn should be partly thanked for some helpful advice on that.

The Hey Ya song brings back memories - it's the song I used in my very first diabolo video back in the day. Strangely, that video was also winter themed starting with ski-diabolo.

Thanks a lot everybody!

Sean: I was thinking exactly that earlier today. I feel terrible that I forgot to include you in the credits Martijn; your tips made this video much much better, and your presence on the forum has made this place what it is. Thank you.

I keep rewatching the 2d combo with the mini g under a 5 count.  Funnily enough, with all the stunning stuff in the vid that remains as my favourite moment.

Loved it, theres a nice momentum in the diabolo community at the moment. At least I think so, theres been so many jaw dropping videos released in the past 6 months. Every time I think, there is no way that could be taken any further somone blows my mind, Ice vertax passing being an example of this and the incredible 3d work.

Awesome video, very festive.

Ha ha!  It's gonna be another awesome diabolo presence at the BJC next year.

What a brilliant video, you guys, you guys.  You're the cutting edge of diabolo and just goes to show that even when it's bitterly cold outside (is 5 degrees cold?) that you don't lose the practice.  Don't get distracted by girls, we'd all be very sad.

So I'm in the classroom after another day of interview quizzes for my J1 students, and Chris Garcia tells me I've got to see this new video on the forum...

Like Sean, I'm fondly reminiscing about meeting Sharpe-san at the WJF in 2004.  This little skinny kid with good skills coming up--just starting his work on 3 diabolos and asking the MFP for tips.  Now I look at what you guys are doing and I just laugh.

Just lovely guys...thanks for the videos and for the memories.

peace be the journey

matt
Many Thanks to Sean for all his work and inspiration.  Respect to the MFP!
