Diabolo accidents and weird stuff

What weird or abnormal things have heppened with your diabolos or what has been the biggest accident you've had??

Mine would be when i was diaboloing in the kitchen, doing a circular acceleration. Then suddenly the string unwraped and the diabolo flew into the soap and kept spinning and then jumped off and landed in greasy dishes. so it was as if it was trying to clean the dishes..

When i was in Junior High i had a health inspection, and nurse took particular interest on the cut wounds in my arms.
I had been practicing over both arms combos and monorails, with quite new diabolos with sharp edges.
The nurse looked to my eyes and asked: "What kind of company you go around with in the evenings"
"No no, these are from this hobby i have, diabolo"
"DIABLO?!?!"
"...."

Once i also heard a mother telling to kid that i have a special rubber band string and it goes up with the diabolo when i throw it...

A couple of years ago a librarian had a similar reaction to my scratches and small gashes. :o I guess they really did look a bit suspicious. I told the librarian that I had been playing with an angry cat.

Theres a big thread on diabolo injuries, maybe this thread could be more about the stranger things.

:'( Thank you kind sir, I'll keep that in mind.

I think a medium sized tree got pulled out of it's roots(almost) because of my diabolo sticks. (henry's carbon VS a 25 foot silver birch)

I think that's the weirdest I can think of..

Occasionally I get big fat knots from absolutely nothing. Sometimes I even get proper knots when I haven't thread the stick through any loops :-\.

Liking that.

Dave from the grave managed to stick several circi to himself at the Irish EJC. I seem to remember it being surprisingly hard for him to get some of them of as well.

I propably had them with me in my backpack, can't remember though.

Just noticed that this thread is in the tricks category, so I went offtopic pretty bad. I apologize for that. Sorry.
