If you like engerys- Go Xtremes. If you want a stick that will never break- go Henry's Aluminium. If you want a stick with a really lovely feel- Go Henry's Carbons.  :)
Nearly all Henry's sticks are great. If only they worked on their diabolos..  ;D

I will recommend Xtreams to you as they are the best! They may not be the best for grinding but they will do it, just don't get paraffin on the handels as they will fall off

the xtremes are nice as you can change the ends caps and threads when you break them(although i have found not all the threads are the same(shakes fist)) i have found that they are quite easy to bend when doing full geneosides if the stick hits the floor and have got though 2 sets practising this trick.

i tend to use henrys carbon short as they have that little bit of flex in them.

Carbons only really break from impact, not use, Aluminums bend on impact, and sting like hell when you have a bad suicide catch, I'd go carbons, Don't smash them into walls and you should be fine...and if you do... they're still quite useable.

I prefer carbons overall, but i have some energy sticks with foam and some with silicon grip, the foam ones are better in my opinion  :-\

In my opinion, using Henry's Aluminum Sticks, Mister Babache Energy Sticks, and Sundia Short Carbon Sticks Extensively. I would have to say that:

-Best Play/Feel = MB Energy
-Best Durability = Henry Aluminum

As you can see I left off Sundia Short Carbon sticks as they are too light for me, and don't play as well for me.

I do like Energy sticks for regular 1D. Beautifiul for MiniGs. While Vertax with them is quite rank. For all other numbers planes I like carbons. Something about the feel. I'll probably break them soon, but another pair and get stuck in a loop.

Henry's aluminium sticks do break, and it's freaking scary when they do so. (Doesn't happen often though)

Well, it seems easy enough if it was A) Cold, and B) Smashed into a hard surface with a lot of momentum because the cold would make it brittle, it would break easier
