Diabolo training day - workout

Hi fellas,

Diabolo training season has begun again. Workout and get fit
before summer. This way you can have nice and tight six pack
and just look cool when laying in the beach.

Don't forget that the best athletes will be again awarded
at the end of the summer in Diabolothon championships
in the FDC 08.

Nice idea! I particularly liked the diabolo as a weight in that shoulder-train-lift-thingy (don't know names of fitness equipment). :)
I'm sure people will think twice before making any comments about your hobby. ;)

Quite cool feedback, thanks guys and Ceri-Anne :)

We filmed some tricks also, but in the end we decided not to include them in the video..
First i disagreed with the idea, but now I'm happy with what Marko did with edit.
It's quite interesting to do a video without tricks, i recommend trying.

Get ready for a 3 hour video (edited down of course) of me and Jake doing nothing diabolo related during our diabolo sessions. 80% rants about nothing.

Nice Vid! You should be a little more careful with those harleys tho, they can do you some serious damage, especially if you dont warm up first!

Im assuming a linebacker is something to do with American Football... For us non-americans, rugby union/rugby league loving types we'll just say im a prop  ;)
