And also he does this weird kick where he jumps in the air, kicks it with the bottom of the foot, and it flies over his head and he recatches it  :o

Nice to see you've ripped off lots of people's images from the diabolo.ca gallery:
http://www.diabolo.ca/not-linked-to/gallery.htm
(edit - filters no longer make this link viable. See http://www.diabolo.ca/not-linked-to )

While I can't speak for the others, I'd kindly ask that you take mine down.

Now, if you had asked first and then attributed it to me that might have been different...

Can i just ask;  does the person behind www.diabolo.ca/not-linked-to speak English as their first language?  The site contains more grammar mistakes than i can shake a stick at.  I'm no expert on the English language but it really doesn't sound professional (especially since you are selling products).  Atleast he plugged www.diabolo.ca in the links section and FAQ  :)

Sure, would that be the one on the middle left?
And I thought the diabolo.ca gallery was for public use  ??? , or is it not?
If its only allowed on d.ca, then I apologize and ill take the pictures off

Haha, English is my first language
and yeah , I know, the stuff written on the page was written in about 3 minutes  :-\
I despereately had to put content on the site before I left for china, so it would be ranked higher on google and yahoo  :D

The gallery is a place for people who own the images to share their pictures  - I'm not sure how that translates to nicking the images for your use. The images are certainly not diabolo.ca-only material, but it is the rightful owners material.

To use those images on your website without asking permission isn't exactly the best tact to employ, but its even worse if you're using their images to gain profit.

A solution is showing some respect to the owners - ask their permission. As well, note somewhere that the images belong to the rightful owners and are used with their consent.

Otherwise, I'd suggest taking some photos of your own is your best choice. No problems to deal with when its your photos.

No, it would be the one in the top right... And that is exactly the problem with stealing other people's photos and posting them as your own. No one, not even you anymore, knows whose they are, and everyone but you assumes that they are yours. To make matters worse your site is for profit.

And I thought the diabolo.ca gallery was for public use  ??? , or is it not?
No, it's for public viewing not public taking or even worse for others to make private profit off of.

As the administrator of the gallery I feel some responsibility to protect the images of those that kindly share them and I would ask that you remove all images taken without permission from the gallery.

I don't think there's any problem with personal use like that. Although, I'm sure whoever took or created the image would love to hear from you that you like it.

If you're ever in doubt, just contact the owner of the image. I'd bet most people would be happy to oblige with most requests if they got asked nicely.

Sure, Im taking them off right now, untill I get permission from the creators
And I don't mean to be rude, but some of the pictures from the gallery are avaiable on google.com, which is also a for-profit site

Have you noticed that (1) the images are linked to their original location, (2) those images stored on the Google servers are low resolution and are only provided with links to the original site, and (3) it was my choice to ask Google to index the site?

Anyways, we should get back to the beastly old man...

Fair enough but that is a search engine picking up examples of pictures tagged by creators and leading people back to the original sources. What you are doing is stealing peoples pictures to assist you directly in making money, creating an impression that people pictured on your site* are endorsing you and your products. It is a very shabby business practice.
As is the hotlinking of sounds (and fairly much ripping off a site) from a competitor http://chineseyoyo.com
* This goes for youtube videos as well.

You have the ability to get your own videos and pictures online, why not promote your products with a strong professional, ethical approach?

So you might not mean to be rude, but you often are.

And as Sean says, back to the old man
