Jouni is just so good. Love his stuff. Don't even dare to steal it because he does it in his show.

And that was just a quick look to his material, there's so much more.

In FDC we had the annual diabolothon competition which is pentathlon track and field competition. We are competing in these sports: Long jump, Skipping, 400m Vertax, Grind, Golf, Untangle, Stick throw. Competitions are organized by FDA, Finnish Diabolo association. Which promotes diabolo as a sport and organizes two competitions in a year. One is the diabolothon and other one is Finnish National diabolo competitions.

Diabolothon was held during FDC. So i'll be posting the results here. The webpage is www.diaboloseura.fi it's completely in Finnish, sorry. When we get it in english i'll do proper introduction for diabolo.ca community about the association. Now just giving you guidelines to find the results.
so, www.diaboloseura.fi -> click "kilpailut" from menu (finnish word for competitions). After that just click "Diabolothon 2008" and you'll end up in a page where the ranking table is in flash format. Clicking table changes the rankings between sports. Have fun. Some video footage will be coming again about sports in FDC.

Some of the stuff with just the sticks arround the body was so sick. I like to see something new and different. Everything else was pretty rocking too really.

So you all are starting to understand where you should be when next FDC is happening.

Remember also SDS's (FDA, finnish diabolo association) Diabolo open competition at February 2009.

Wonder what's going to be the next big thing in FDC 2009. This year i had already seen Jouni's stuff so that was a little old. Still some of Jouni's tricks just hit me, big time. Also Langerz was awesome, destroyed my brain. Donald, world i knew will never be the same again.

Any ideas from fellow diabolo.ca members, who should we hire to perform and do workshops next year?

The first video: I lvoed the stuff at the begining with the sticks and his contact stuff later on was nice aswell. =0 at 00:57 the must have been so embarrising!!

Video 2: Of course langerz would be great! Shame he dropped it though =(

Video 3: Like the 2d thing at 1:47 and a nice way of getting into mini genocide at 2:33.

Like all the videos thanks for postin em! Might go next year!

The third one was easily the best one. Great stuff from Jouni and Tommi again. Marko's stuff was cool too. Liked the two clips of Tommi where his clothes magically change.
